About

Born and raised in New York City, Owen Canavan attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville to study in the leadership program at Peabody College. After graduating, Canavan worked on the Agent side of the music business, working at Creative Artists Agency, and others. In 2015, Canavan started his own company, Perry Street Management, a boutique artist management business that thrived into 2021. As the pandemic began to necessitate a pivot, he became a Licensed REALTOR® and joined the Courtney Peebles Property Group at Fridrich & Clark Realty, which has been dominating the Nashville luxury market since 1966. He specializes in luxury condominiums and single family homes throughout Middle Tennessee, and recently has been working various commercial opportunities as well, from multi-family brokering to restaurant site selection. He also brokers car wash deals throughout the country via Miracle Car Wash Advisors, based in Nashville, and has engaged nearly $45m in business in 2023 alone.

After making a miraculous recovery from a near-death accident in which a car drove through the wall and pinned him while working out in his gym in 2017, he became an active supporter of the Vanderbilt Medical Center Trauma ICU team in their Trauma Peer Survivor Program. He also Chairs the Entertainment Committee of a Nashville-based charity organization called Harpeth Conservancy and guests lectures at Vanderbilt University’s Human and Organizational Development program. When not on the road, at concerts, or showing clients from all over the country about what Nashville has to offer, Canavan spends time with his other passion, the hospitality industry, where he is a Partner in several restaurants.
